Today, the Ombudsman election took place in the National Assembly of Artsakh Republic. The Rector of the RA Academy of Justice Ruben Melikyan was elected the new Ombudsman of Artsakh.
In the conversation Mt. Melikyan said that first he would get acquainted with the staff, “We shall inform additionally in terms of content. Naturally my priorities refer to the issues of large scale human rights violations unleashed by Azerbaijan on 2 April.”
