The President appointed New Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia

The president signed a decree on appointment of the new Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia. The Decree reads:

“Guided by Clause 5 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution of 2005 with amendments and based on Clause 6 of Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service” I decided to:

Appoint Armen Harutyunyan to the position of Acing Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia.”

Upon the other decree Armen Harutyunyan was released from the position of aide to the President of the Republic of Armenia.
