On 21 December 2015, Tsakhkadzor municipality signed a contract with “Vahman” Company for ensuring festive illumination in the city.
The purchase and sale documents inform that according to the contract the Company should have installed fountain-like illumination system (light color- white, diameter, 6.5-7 m, sector average height – 3 m) in the city by 31 December and 2 meter tall Christmas trees with colored lights.
The municipality paid about 4.4 million AMD (more than 9000 USD) from non-budgetary funds to “Vahman” Company for this service.
