On December 15, the Yerevan Municipality has signed a contract with “Any Rose” Company to purchase a gift. We learn from the documents that a decorated box and basket with chocolate, dried fruits, tea, wine and brandy were purchased. It is also noted that the gift should be harmless, with decorated box and the content should be fresh. The Municipality has paid more than 4.3 million AMD (about 9,000 USD) for the gift.
Whom this precious gift will be transferred to and why this purchase was made, we asked the Municipality on December 23, but we have not receive the response yet.
