The regular session of the Cabinet was held on 8 October. As we have already informed, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan was doing pretty sharp remarks to the ministers. Specifically he turned to one or more of them and said, “Why are you so excited?” During the session he stated, “You should explain so that the people know. I tell to all of you. You are sloth to speak.”
