Successors of the victims and the victims in Vardan Petrosyan’s case have filed a civil lawsuit against the actor, informs Datalex Judiciary Portal.
The claim was submitted to the Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nork-Marash Administrative Communities on 31 August. The applicants claim compensation for the harm caused by the crime.
Tatevik Stepanyan is the presiding judge. Putting a ban on Vardan Petrosyan’s property is partially met.
The preliminary hearing shall take place on 7 October.
